By accessing or using aiContent Live (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Description of Service

aiContent Live provides AI-driven content automation, including blog generation, image creation, and CMS integrations.

3. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you generate or publish through the platform. You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software and brand assets are owned by aiContent Live. You retain rights to your data but grant us a license to use it as needed to deliver services.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated content is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, legality, or effectiveness. You are responsible for final review and use.

7. Limitation of Liability

aiContent Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aiContent Live from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.

11. Payments

All payments for aiContent Live services are securely processed through Stripe via the WooCommerce plugin. By purchasing a plan or service, you agree to pay the listed price in full, including any applicable taxes.

• All transactions are in [currency, e.g., CAD or USD].
• Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect completed transactions.
• We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payment data is handled securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

12. Subscriptions & Renewals (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date via your account dashboard.

13. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and automated nature of our services, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once content generation has begun. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@aicontent.live within 7 days.

14. Attribution Notice

All blog posts generated and published through the aiContent.Live platform will include a small footer attribution stating “Powered by: aiContent.live,” linked to our official website. This attribution may not be removed or modified without prior written consent.
